Confidentiality Agreement
This set of options are used to edit the state's IWeb and School Nurse confidentiality agreements.
To access these options, click the Administration > Settings > Confidentiality Agreement link. Enter the information in the fields in either the Edit Confidentiality Agreement or Edit School Nurse Confidentiality Agreement sections (or both) and click Save when finished. The available fields for the sections on this page are as follows:

Title |
Enter the name of the IWeb or School Nurse confidentiality agreement. This displays along with the agreement to the end user who then must accept (or decline) the agreement before continuing in the application. If they decline, they are not allowed to continue. |

Agreement |
Enter the text for the confidentiality agreement. This displays to users who have not already accepted the agreement. The formatting is similar to the HL7 state-to-state agreement. Two line breaks in a row in the text display as a new line in the agreement. |

Reset / Reset School Year |
Select this option to force the IWeb user to reaccept the agreement at their next login, or the for the School Nurse module to reset at the end of a school year and prepare the application data fields for the next school year. |
