On the Patient Detail page that opens after searching for and selecting a patient, an additional section appears for Child Care users: Child Care Reporting. These additional fields and options are displayed in the Child Care Reporting section:

           Facility  | 
        Select the facility from the drop-down list. If the user was assigned a child care facility when their account was created, it is displayed here as the default. |

           Include on Reports  | 
        Select this option to include patient/student information on Child Care reports. | 
| 
           Classroom  | 
        Select the name of the classroom the student is associated with, if applicable. | 
| 
           Exemption  | 
        Select an exemption type:

Once a patient has been selected, click the Patient > Demographics menu link to return to and view demographic information for the previously selected patient.
